Data projects come in all shapes and sizes and we might want to help you with yours. Our true to agile boards will lead to constant weekly deliveries against fixed fees that will work for any data project. We work in four phases: Start, Build, Maintain, Goodbye.
Start
Our fast and simple quotation phase - Free
Tell us about your company. Once we understand what the your objectives are and which role data plays. Then we can start 🎬. We make a judgment of data skills needed within our data disciples, as well as the ideal delivery speed. Based on this we can offer a fixed weekly fee, which will lead to achieving your objectives.
Build
Our constant building nice things phase - Weekly Pricey Fee
We love the building phase 🧱. Based on the most prioritized todos, the data disciples will complete todos in efficient & effective ways. If extra data skills are required, we will call in an extra specialist to fill the gap. This will have no impact on your fixed fee, but does ensure us to keep on delivering quality constantly. After every delivery there is room to give feedback so we can iterate on our progress.
Maintain
Our making sure the fire is put out fast phase - Weekly Small Fee
Putting out any fires 🧯. We will maintain anything we have built for a small weekly fee. For this fee we will respond fast and fix any issues.
Goodbye
Our sharing the keys phase - Per Hour
Of Course to all things come to an end. We want to end on good terms so we will be available for a long enough period to hand over any work or knowledge. Goodbye 👋.
